Lake Effect Online Order Return Policy

At Lake Effect, we want to help you find the perfect fit! We offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Notify us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange or store credit.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Returns must be shipped to Lake Effect within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using trackable and insured shipping, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

  • If you are requesting a size exchange, please contact us before shipping to confirm availability.

  • If you have questions about eligibility of certain items, don’t hesitate to reach out before making a purchase! We’re happy to help.

Once your return is received and approved, an exchange or store credit will be processed. Note: We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

  • Redeemable online or in store

  • No expiration
